📝 BOOKING CONDITIONS

💳 A 25% non-refundable booking amount of the total package cost is required when the travel date is more than 30 days from booking.

✅ An additional 25% payment is required after confirmation of major travel services, making the total payment 50% of the package cost.

⏰ 100% payment must be completed at least 21 days before departure.

📅 For bookings within 21 days of departure, full payment may be required at confirmation.

🏨 Hotel rooms, ferry/cruise tickets, vehicles and other travel services remain subject to availability at the time of actual booking and confirmation.

✔️ Booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of required services.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

📩 Cancellation requests must be communicated to Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. through an accepted written communication channel.

🚢 Ferry/cruise tickets, hotels, activities and other suppliers may carry their own cancellation conditions. Applicable supplier cancellation charges will also apply.

🚫 No refund will be provided for unused sightseeing, meals, transfers, hotel nights or other services voluntarily missed after commencement of the tour.

💰 Any applicable refund will be processed after adjustment of applicable cancellation and supplier charges.

💰 Payments must be made according to the booking schedule mentioned above.

⚠️ Additional expenses arising from severe weather, ferry cancellation, flight disruption, natural calamities, government restrictions or similar circumstances beyond the company's control will be payable by the traveller wherever applicable.
