📝 BOOKING CONDITIONS

💳 25% non-refundable booking amount of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking when travel is more than 30 days away.

✅ An additional 25% payment will be required after confirmation of major travel services, making the total payment 50%.

⏰ 100% payment must be completed at least 21 days before departure.

📅 Bookings made within 21 days of departure may require full payment at confirmation.

🏨 Hotel rooms, ferry/cruise tickets, vehicles and other services remain subject to availability at the time of actual booking and confirmation.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

📩 Cancellation requests must be communicated through an accepted written communication channel.

🚢 Ferry/cruise tickets, hotels, activities and suppliers may have their own cancellation conditions. Applicable supplier charges will also apply.

🚫 No refund for voluntarily unused hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers or other services after commencement of the tour.

💰 Payments must be made according to the applicable booking schedule.

🔄 Any additional amount arising from changes requested after confirmation will be payable separately.

📄 Final vouchers and service details will be issued after applicable payment and confirmation of services.

🌊 Travel arrangements in Andaman are dependent on weather, sea conditions and ferry/cruise operations.

🚢 Ferry timings and sightseeing sequence may therefore be changed whenever operationally necessary.

⚠️ Additional expenses arising due to severe weather, ferry cancellation, flight disruption, natural calamity, Government restrictions or similar circumstances beyond the company's control will be payable by the traveller wherever applicable.
