On arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, our representative will receive you and assist with your comfortable transfer to the hotel.

After check-in and relaxation, proceed to the picturesque Corbyn’s Cove Beach, surrounded by coconut palms and beautiful coastal scenery.

🇮🇳 Later visit Cellular Jail – National Memorial, one of India's most significant monuments associated with the freedom struggle.

🎭 In the evening, witness the famous Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail, presenting the inspiring stories and sacrifices of Indian freedom fighters.

⛴️ DAY 02 – PORT BLAIR → HAVELOCK ISLAND | RADHANAGAR BEACH

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the jetty.

⛴️ Board your scheduled ferry/cruise to Havelock Island – Swaraj Dweep.

Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel/resort.

Later visit the spectacular Radhanagar Beach, famous for its white sandy shoreline, turquoise-blue waters and breathtaking tropical surroundings.

Later proceed for Neil Island sightseeing.

🏖️ Visit Bharatpur Beach, famous for its clear shallow waters and beautiful coastal landscape.

🌉 DAY 05 – NATURAL BRIDGE | NEIL ISLAND → PORT BLAIR

After breakfast, check out and proceed to visit the famous Natural Bridge, an impressive naturally formed rock structure near Laxmanpur Beach.

Later transfer to Neil Island Jetty according to your scheduled ferry timing.

📝 BOOKING CONDITIONS

🔹 A 25% non-refundable booking amount of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking when the travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.

🔹 An additional 25% payment will be required after confirmation of the major travel services, making the total payment 50% of the package cost.

🔹 100% payment must be completed at least 21 days before the scheduled departure date.

🔹 For bookings made within 21 days of departure, 100% payment may be required at the time of booking/confirmation.

🔹 Hotels, flights, transportation, sightseeing, activities and other travel services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking and confirmation.

🔹 A booking will be considered CONFIRMED ✅ only after receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of the required travel services.

🔹 Any special request made by the guest will remain subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation charges will be calculated on the TOTAL PACKAGE COST as follows:

📌 All cancellation requests must be communicated to Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. through an accepted written communication channel.

📌 The effective cancellation date will be the date on which the written cancellation request is received by the company.

📌 Airlines ✈️, hotels 🏨, transporters 🚘, cruise/ferry operators 🚢, helicopter operators 🚁, activity providers 🎟️ and other suppliers may have their own cancellation and refund policies.

📌 Wherever applicable, supplier cancellation charges will also apply according to the confirmed booking terms.

📌 Certain services, promotional fares, special rates, peak-season bookings, group bookings, airline tickets, helicopter tickets and other services may be partially or completely non-refundable once confirmed.

📌 No refund will be provided for any unused hotel stay, meals, sightseeing, transfers, transportation, activities or other services voluntarily missed/not utilized by the traveller after commencement of the tour.

🚫 NO-SHOW / LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION:
Cancellation within 10 days of departure or a No-Show will attract 100% cancellation charges on the total package cost.

💳 Any applicable refund will be processed only after receiving the corresponding refund, wherever applicable, from the concerned service providers and after adjustment of applicable cancellation and supplier charges.

🔹 Failure to make payment within the prescribed timeline may result in cancellation of confirmed or provisionally held services, subject to applicable cancellation charges.

🔹 Any additional amount arising due to changes requested by the traveller after confirmation will be payable separately.

🔹 Final booking vouchers and service details will be issued after receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of services.

🔄 AMENDMENT / DATE CHANGE POLICY

📅 Any request for a change in travel date, hotel, destination, passenger details, itinerary or other confirmed services will be treated as an amendment request.

🌦️ FORCE MAJEURE & OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:

🌧️ Severe weather conditions
🌊 Natural calamities
✈️ Flight delays, cancellations or schedule changes
🛣️ Road closures, landslides or traffic restrictions
🏛️ Government orders or local authority restrictions
⚠️ Strikes, political disturbances or operational disruptions
🚫 Closure of tourist attractions
🏨 Changes/cancellations by hotels or service providers
🚘 Transportation disruptions
🚁 Helicopter service cancellations or operational changes
🚢 Cruise/ferry cancellations or schedule changes
⚡ Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control

🤝 In such circumstances, Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. will provide reasonable assistance in arranging suitable alternatives wherever required and operationally possible.

💳 Any additional expenses arising due to such circumstances—including additional accommodation, transportation, meals, revised tickets or other arrangements—will be payable by the traveller wherever applicable.
