Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter.

🚁 1. HELICOPTER OPERATIONS

🔹 All helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, visibility, aviation clearance, aircraft availability, helipad conditions, operational requirements and instructions issued by the concerned authorities.

🔹 The time communicated to passengers is primarily the REPORTING TIME and should not automatically be considered the actual flight departure time.

🔹 Flight timings may be advanced, delayed, rescheduled, rerouted or cancelled at short notice due to weather, operational or safety requirements.

🔹 Helicopter operators shall have final authority regarding aircraft operations, passenger boarding, flight sequence, routing and safety.

🔹 Passengers are advised to keep sufficient buffer time before booking onward flights / trains from Dehradun.

🙏 4. OVERNIGHT STAY AT EACH DHAM

This package is specially designed with an overnight stay at / near each of the four Dhams.

However:

🔹 Actual overnight location may depend upon helicopter operations, local accommodation availability, weather and government regulations.

🔹 In exceptional operational circumstances, the planned overnight location may need to be changed.

🔹 Such changes made for operational or safety reasons will not automatically constitute cancellation of the complete package.

⚖️ 5. PASSENGER WEIGHT POLICY

🔹 Correct body weight of EVERY passenger must be declared at the time of booking.

🔹 Passenger weight may be verified before boarding.

🔹 Additional charges may apply above the weight limit prescribed by the concerned helicopter operator.

🔹 Incorrect declaration of passenger weight may result in additional charges or denial of boarding, subject to operator policy.

🔹 Acceptance of passengers is subject to aircraft payload limitations and aviation safety requirements.

🔹 Helicopter operators may rearrange passengers between aircraft / sorties for operational and weight-management requirements.

🔹 Final boarding authority rests with the concerned helicopter operator.

🧳 6. BAGGAGE POLICY

🔹 Helicopter baggage allowance is strictly limited.

🔹 Guests are strongly advised to carry only essential belongings in a small handbag / backpack.

🔹 Excess baggage, wherever accepted, may attract additional charges.

🔹 Failure to produce mandatory documentation may result in denial of travel / Darshan / boarding.

🔹 Any rules introduced by the Government or Yatra authorities before or during the travel period will be applicable to all passengers.

👶 9. CHILD & INFANT POLICY

🔹 Child and infant helicopter fares will be governed by the prevailing policy of the concerned helicopter operator.

🩺 10. HEALTH & FITNESS

Char Dham Yatra involves travel to high-altitude Himalayan destinations.

Passengers should assess their health and physical fitness before undertaking the journey.

🔹 Senior citizens and passengers with health concerns are advised to consult their doctor before travelling.

🔹 Guests should carry all prescribed medicines and necessary medical documents.

🔹 Any medical expenses incurred during the Yatra will be borne by the passenger.

🔹 Oxygen / medical assistance is not included unless specifically mentioned in the confirmed package.

🔹 Final boarding remains subject to applicable aviation safety and operator requirements.

👴 11. SENIOR CITIZENS & SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

🔹 The company cannot control temple queues, waiting periods, Darshan duration or restrictions imposed by temple / government authorities.

🐎 13. LOCAL TRANSFERS / PONY / PALKI

🔄 15. ITINERARY MODIFICATION

🔹 Due to the nature of helicopter operations, the itinerary may be modified at short notice.

🔹 Dham sequence, helicopter sectors, accommodation locations, reporting points and ground transfers may be changed when operationally necessary.

🔹 The company / helicopter operator will make reasonable efforts to complete the maximum possible Yatra services.

🔹 Operational changes made to facilitate completion of the Yatra will not automatically qualify as package cancellation.

🚁 16. PARTIALLY COMPLETED YATRA

If one or more Dham sectors cannot be completed due to weather, aviation restrictions or operational circumstances:

🔹 Refund / adjustment for the unutilized helicopter sector, wherever applicable, will be governed by the concerned helicopter operator's policy.

🔹 Services already utilized will not be refundable.

🔹 Hotels, transfers and other services already booked / utilized / non-refundable will be adjusted according to the respective service provider's policy.

🔹 Inability to operate one helicopter sector does not automatically constitute cancellation of the complete Char Dham package.

💰 17. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES DUE TO DISRUPTION

Unless specifically included in the final booking confirmation, additional expenses arising due to weather or operational disruption will be borne by the passenger.

These may include:

💳 18. BOOKING & PAYMENT

🔹 Booking is subject to availability of helicopter seats, hotels and associated travel services.

🔹 Required booking amount / full payment must be made according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of reservation.

🔹 Payment alone does NOT constitute final confirmation of the Yatra.

🔹 Booking will be treated as confirmed only after issuance of the applicable Booking Confirmation / Travel Voucher.

🔹 Complete and correct passenger information must be provided within the prescribed time.

🔹 Failure to complete payment or documentation within the required deadline may affect or cancel the reservation.

❌ 19. CANCELLATION BY PASSENGER

🔹 Cancellation charges will depend upon the stage of booking and the services already confirmed.

🔹 Confirmed helicopter tickets, hotels, transportation and other services will be governed by their respective cancellation policies.

🔹 Applicable cancellation / administrative charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

🔹 No refund will be provided for services voluntarily not utilized after commencement of the Yatra.

🔹 No-show or failure to report within the prescribed reporting time may result in forfeiture of the applicable service cost.

🌦️ 20. HELICOPTER CANCELLATION BY OPERATOR

If a helicopter flight / sector is cancelled by the concerned operator due to weather, technical, aviation, regulatory or operational reasons:

🔹 Eligible refund for the unutilized helicopter sector will be processed according to the concerned operator's applicable policy.

🔹 Cancellation of a helicopter sector does not automatically cancel hotel, transport or other associated services.

🔹 Any service already utilized or non-refundable will be adjusted according to the respective service provider's policy.

🔹 Refund will be processed after settlement / receipt from the concerned operator wherever applicable.

⏳ 21. REFUND PROCESSING

🔹 Eligible refunds will be processed through the applicable banking / payment channel.

🔹 Refunds may require additional processing time because helicopter operators, hotels and transportation providers follow separate settlement procedures.

🔹 Any applicable payment gateway, banking or administrative deductions may be adjusted wherever applicable.

🔹 Refund eligibility will be determined only after reconciliation of all utilized, cancelled and non-refundable services.

🚫 22. NO-SHOW / LATE REPORTING

🔹 Passengers must report at the designated location within the advised reporting time.

🔹 Alternative helicopter seats cannot be guaranteed for passengers who miss their scheduled reporting.

🏨 23. DELAYED YATRA / ADDITIONAL NIGHT

If weather or operational circumstances require passengers to stay an additional night at any destination:

🔹 The company will provide reasonable coordination assistance wherever possible.

🏔️ Landslides

🌊 Natural Disasters

🚧 Road / Helipad Closures

🚁 Aviation Restrictions

🏛️ Government Orders

🚨 Emergency Situations

⚠️ Civil Disturbances

or other Force Majeure events.

Additional expenses arising from such circumstances will be borne by the passenger unless specifically included in the confirmed package.

📌 27. PASSENGER DECLARATION

By making payment towards the booking, passengers acknowledge and accept that:

✅ All passenger information provided must be accurate.

✅ Himalayan helicopter operations are weather and operationally dependent.

✅ Flight timings, routes and itinerary sequence may change.

✅ Accommodation at remote destinations may be basic.

✅ Government / aviation / Yatra regulations applicable on the travel date will prevail.

✅ Additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control may be payable separately.
