🔹 Priority / Special Darshan charges, wherever applicable, are NOT included in the helicopter ticket price.

🔹 If Priority Darshan is required for same-day passengers, applicable charges will be payable separately as prescribed by Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee / concerned authority.

🔹 Reporting time will be communicated on the confirmed ticket or by the helicopter operator.

⚠️ Reporting Time should NOT be considered as Flight Departure Time.

🎟️ CONFIRMED HELICOPTER TICKET

Once the helicopter booking has been confirmed and the confirmed ticket copy has been issued:

❌ 100% of the applicable helicopter ticket amount will be forfeited in case of voluntary cancellation by the passenger.

🌦️ FLIGHT CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER / OPERATIONAL REASONS

If the confirmed helicopter service does not operate due to weather, climatic conditions or other operational reasons beyond passenger control:

💰 90% of the applicable helicopter ticket amount will be refundable as per the applicable booking conditions.

⏳ REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment / banking channel.

🏦 Refund processing may take up to 30 days due to settlement procedures involving the helicopter operator / service provider.
