ITINERARY

Day 01 – Bagdogra Airport / NJP – Gangtok

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), meet our representative and proceed towards Gangtok.

Enjoy the scenic drive through beautiful valleys and mountain landscapes. On arrival at Gangtok, check in at the hotel and relax.

Evening free to explore the famous M.G. Road Market on your own.

Overnight Stay at Gangtok.

Day 02 – Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion

After breakfast, proceed for a memorable excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake) and Baba Mandir.

Enjoy the spectacular Himalayan scenery, high-altitude landscapes and beautiful surroundings of Tsomgo Lake.

Nathula Pass and Tsomgo Lake Ropeway can be enjoyed at additional cost, subject to permit availability, weather and operational conditions.

Required photographs and valid ID proofs of all travelling guests must be provided in advance for permit processing.

In case Tsomgo Lake or Baba Mandir cannot be visited due to weather or road conditions, alternate sightseeing will be provided as operationally feasible.

Return to Gangtok by evening.

Day 03 – Gangtok – Pelling

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Pelling, one of Sikkim's most scenic mountain destinations.

Enjoy the beautiful journey through winding mountain roads, valleys and picturesque Himalayan landscapes.

On arrival at Pelling, check in at the hotel and relax.

Evening free to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and magnificent mountain views.

Overnight Stay at Pelling.

Day 04 – Pelling Full-Day Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for an exciting full-day sightseeing tour of Pelling.

Visit popular attractions such as:

• Pemayangtse Monastery
• Rabdentse Ruins
• Khecheopalri Lake
• Kanchenjunga Waterfalls
• Rimbi Waterfalls
• Other prominent local attractions as per operational conditions

Enjoy spectacular views of the Himalayan ranges and experience the peaceful natural beauty of Pelling.

After completing the sightseeing, return to the hotel.

Day 05 – Pelling – Darjeeling

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Darjeeling – The Queen of the Hills.

Enjoy the scenic mountain drive through the beautiful Eastern Himalayan region.

On arrival at Darjeeling, check in at the hotel and relax.

Evening free to explore the famous Darjeeling Mall Road on your own.

Day 06 – Darjeeling Full-Day Sightseeing

Early morning proceed for the famous Darjeeling sunrise sightseeing covering:

Tiger Hill Sunrise Point – Ghoom Monastery – Batasia Loop

Return to the hotel for breakfast.

Later proceed for Darjeeling local sightseeing covering major attractions such as:

• Himalayan Mountaineering Institute
• Tenzing Rock
• Tea Garden

• Natural History Museum
• Japanese Temple

Sightseeing points are subject to weekly closing days and operational conditions.

Return to the hotel by evening.

Day 07 – Darjeeling – Bagdogra Airport / NJP Drop

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP).

Transfer according to your scheduled flight/train departure time.

Tour ends with wonderful memories of Gangtok, Pelling & Darjeeling.

GENERAL BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Applicable to Holiday Packages, LTC Tours, Domestic & International Tour Packages

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• A 25% non-refundable booking amount of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking when the travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.

• An additional 25% payment will be required after confirmation of the major travel services, making the total payment 50% of the package cost.

• 100% payment must be completed at least 21 days before the scheduled departure date.

• For bookings made within 21 days of departure, 100% payment may be required at the time of booking/confirmation.

• Hotels, flights, transportation, sightseeing, activities and other travel services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking and confirmation.

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of the required travel services.

• Any special requests made by the guest will remain subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation charges will be calculated on the total package cost as follows:

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• All cancellation requests must be communicated to Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. through an accepted written communication channel.

• The effective cancellation date will be the date on which the written cancellation request is received by the company.

• Airlines, hotels, transporters, cruise/ferry operators, helicopter operators, activity providers and other suppliers may have their own cancellation and refund policies.

• Wherever applicable, supplier cancellation charges will also apply according to the confirmed booking terms.

• Certain services, promotional fares, special rates, peak-season bookings, group bookings, airline tickets, helicopter tickets or other services may be partially or completely non-refundable once confirmed.

• No refund will be provided for any unused hotel stay, meals, sightseeing, transfers, transportation, activities or other services voluntarily missed or not utilized by the traveller after commencement of the tour.

• No-show or cancellation within 10 days of departure will attract 100% cancellation charges on the total package cost.

• Any applicable refund will be processed only after receiving the corresponding refund, wherever applicable, from the concerned service providers and after adjustment of cancellation charges.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payments must be made according to the booking schedule mentioned above.

• 25% of the total package cost is required as the initial non-refundable booking amount, wherever applicable.

• The payment must be increased to 50% of the total package cost after confirmation of major travel services.

• Full and final payment must be received at least 21 days before departure.

• Bookings made within 21 days of departure may require 100% payment at the time of confirmation.

• Failure to make payment within the prescribed timeline may result in cancellation of confirmed or provisionally held services, subject to applicable cancellation charges.

• Any additional cost arising due to changes requested by the traveller after confirmation will be payable separately.

• Final booking vouchers and service details will be issued after receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of services.

AMENDMENT / DATE CHANGE POLICY

• Any request for a change in travel date, hotel, destination, passenger details, itinerary or other confirmed services will be treated as an amendment request.

• Amendments are subject to availability and the rules of the respective service providers.

• Any fare difference, amendment fee, cancellation charge or additional supplier cost resulting from the requested change will be payable by the traveller.

• A date change or amendment cannot be guaranteed once services have been confirmed.

FORCE MAJEURE & OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:

• Severe weather or natural calamities

• Flight delays, cancellations or schedule changes

• Road closures, landslides or traffic restrictions

• Government orders or local authority restrictions

• Strikes, political disturbances or operational disruptions

• Closure of tourist attractions

• Changes or cancellations by airlines, hotels, transporters or other service providers

• Any other unforeseen event beyond the company's reasonable control

In such circumstances, the company will provide reasonable assistance in arranging suitable alternatives wherever operationally possible.

Any additional expenses arising due to such circumstances—including additional accommodation, transportation, meals, revised tickets or other arrangements—will be payable by the traveller wherever applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Package prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

The final services provided will be according to the confirmed itinerary, booking voucher and service confirmations issued for the respective booking.

By making the applicable booking payment, the traveller will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the booking, payment and cancellation conditions applicable to the confirmed package.
